Viognier is Laurel Gray�s premier white wine. Primary fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks and the wine is aged for 9 months producing a youthful and refreshing dry white. The wine has complex aromas and flavors of apricots, peaches, tropical fruits, and honeysuckle. This wine works wonderfully with soft cheese, fruity salads, and grilled fish.

Chardonnay is made from clones 1 and 7 chosen for their adaptability to our site and intense fruit flavors. Primary and malolactic fermentations take place in French Oak barrels and wines are aged on the sur lies for 12 months. The result is a fruit forward wine with butter and toasted oak on the finish. The perfect wine to complement buttery cheeses, light pasta dishes, chicken, and shellfish.
