Charlotte Rose'

Our special "Charlotte" Rose' wine was produced from a process called "salgnee", which is pulling off the juice from the red grapes within hours after being picked. A small amount of skin contact makes for a light and juicy Rose'. It's smooth across the palate with a burst of fruit, sweet strawberries, and then lingers with a cinnamon finish. Perfect with Asian food, Southwestern, or Indian cuisine.
