We stopped by the vineyard and we were extremely surprised with the dry wines we discovered at Laurel Gray. This is one of the wineries that is changing that old idea that only sweet wines come from NC. Not the case - the dry wines produced here are phenomenal.

I just had a bottle of the '15 Merlot with an herb roasted beef brisket! The brisket was great...the Merlot was amazing! Everybody at the table was insane about it and asked how I was lucky enough to put hands on wine like that!
